The Value of ROTC

Many students with ROTC experience  go on to serve us all by joining a branch of the armed forces.  In fact, those with ROTC experience make up most of the officer ranks within all branches of service.

Supporting these students during their college experience is a major focus of our efforts and offers a way for contributors also  to support both students and our armed forces.  All scholarships offered by the Wilbanks Foundation follow guidelines that offer opportunities for these young leaders.
